• Forgot Password
  Contact your school to reset the password

• Setting Work Profile
  View the Video explaining how to setup work profile. If you need further assistance, use the live chat at the bottom of the page.

• Create Classroom option is not available.
  Only teachers have the option to create classrooms. If you are a teacher, use the live chat option at the bottom of the page and please send your school id followed by the message that you cannot create classrooms.

• Unable to Join Classroom
  Ask your class teacher to add you to the classroom. If you received a link to join the classroom and if you cannot login using that link, you need to signout from classroom and sign in with your School ID.

• Unable to Join Google Meet Sessions
  You need to signout and sign in with your School ID. You can join a meet session only using your School ID
